Executive Leadership and Professional Development Coaching

I guide people to become resolute in pursuing what really matters.

Why resolute?

When we become resolute we are unwavering, steadfast and committed to change.

There’s a powerful shift that happens when we stop entertaining doubt and make a firm decision. Whether it’s leaving a toxic environment, making a career change, or pursuing a long-postponed goal—I help people become resolute in going after what they truly want. I’ve worked with executives and professionals to experience personal growth, create empowered teams and make a lasting impact. My experience in trauma coaching has helped dozens of people to acknowledge their past, ground themselves in the present and shape the future they choose.

I’d love to be a part of supporting your journey. To see whether I would be the right coach for you, schedule a complimentary 30-minute session.

Coaching Decoded

What coaching is

Coaching is a forward-thinking, goal-oriented process that focuses on the present and future, helping clients achieve specific goals and improve their performance, while therapy delves into past experiences and underlying issues to facilitate healing and well-being.

What coaching is not

Coaching is not therapy or counseling. The coaching profession does not diagnosis medical conditions, nor do we prescribe medications to treat mental disorders. While there are commonalities between the two practices, there are distinct differences and often can work to compliment one another.

What People Are Saying

Managing a toxic environment

“A few years back I found myself in an incredibly toxic situation. I didn’t know how to extract myself and had never experienced this level of stress, or emotional abuse, in my life. I struggled to navigate this toxic situation while attempting to look for a new role. Jamie provided valuable insight and used a variety of tools to help me move forward. Most of us believe we can handle situations thrown at us until you get in one that you can’t see your way our of — that’s where Jamie is invaluable. For anyone looking for a career coach, I strongly recommend you speak with Jamie.”

Changing careers

“Jamie’s coaching was a game-changer for me. She guided me through a major career transition, helping me identify my strengths and understand the demands of a new role as a product manager. Her support didn’t stop there—she coached me through the interview process, leaving me more prepared and confident than ever. Thanks to Jamie’s empowering guidance, I successfully landed a new role at a top company, moving from my previous position and have since been promoted. If you’re looking to make a bold career move, Jamie is the coach you need!”

Overcoming obstacles

“I had the privilege of participating in group classes led by Jamie and can confidently say she is an exceptional coach and leader. Jamie has a unique gift for creating a space where people feel safe, seen, and empowered. Her groups were not only engaging and often filled with laughter, but also profoundly transformative. She skillfully guided us to recognize our own inner strength and to confront and overcome personal obstacles.

Jamie brings a beautiful balance of professionalism, warmth, and emotional intelligence to everything she does. Her bright personality lights up the room, and her ability to connect on a deep and authentic level is truly impactful. The materials she presented were thoughtful and relevant, and she always fostered a sense of shared growth and support among the group.

I wholeheartedly recommend Jamie. She is the kind of coach who leaves a lasting impact, and anyone who has the opportunity to work with her will be better for it.
